Black Tech Philly is a 501(C)(3) Educational Non-Profit organization focused on providing educational tools and resources to Black and Brown communities across Philadelphia centered on preparing all ages for careers in technology.

No code switching, just code.

Our mission is to meet Philadelphia's Black and Brown communities where they are and provide them with the educational tools and resources to help them attain digital literacy and careers in technology.

Programs

  • Youth Coding Cohort

    The Black Tech Philly Coding Cohort Program provides full-fledged Computer Science and Computer Programming courses, equipped with in-class and take-home assignments, exams, and projects designed for students of all learning styles, led by real-world technical professionals such as computer engineers and programmers.

  • Tech Fellowship Cohort

    The Black Tech Philly Youth Tech Fellowship is an innovative and immersive career training program designed to equip students with the necessary skills and experience to excel in the tech industry. Led by industry professionals, our real-world learning program offers practical guidance and expertise to students aspiring to pursue careers in tech.

  • Professional Learn-a-long Workshop

    Black Tech Philly’s Tech Upskill Learn Along is a comprehensive program designed to empower you with the knowledge and tools necessary to excel in the ever-evolving tech industry. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced professional, this workshop is tailored to accommodate all skill levels.
